Unpaused Coaching monthly Package

Hi, my name is Sam and I'm a Certified Menopause Support Coach. I started my journey with peri-menopause in January 2020 and, like many of you, still suffer from symptoms, however, I now know how to deal with them better.

I take a holistic approach to my coaching encompassing Diet, Activity, and Symptoms (DAS). I am mindful that this is your journey so our sessions will follow your thought path.
