Unpaused Box was founded 9 months ago to help with my own experience of perimenopause. I wanted to provide a little bit of luxury in a box to help navigate the stresses of this new journey. I also wanted to provide a little bit of 'me' time to women with the self-care box. Since then I have added 3 mini-boxes to my product line to help recharge, relax and increase positivity in your life.

What an inspiring box of treats to support me through my menopause. I love the variety of gifts and feel very lucky. I will try the yoga poses and enjoy the serum & sleep spray, and keep the mindfulness book by my bed to relax. Highly recommended!
